By creating an account or using PetHealth, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You agree to use PetHealth only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the platform to: harass or harm others, upload malicious software, impersonate any person or entity, or violate any applicable laws.
PetHealth is a health tracking and management tool, not a medical device or veterinary service. The AI Health Assistant provides educational information only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are issued for the unused portion of annual subscriptions within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
PetHealth and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by PetHealth SaaS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without express written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request a data export before terminating your account.
PetHealth is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetHealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.
