We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, and pet details — when you create an account or use our services. We also collect usage data to improve the platform, including pages visited, features used, and device information. We do NOT collect payment card information directly; all payments are processed by Stripe.
Your information is used to provide and improve our services, send you reminders and notifications (with your consent), personalise your AI health recommendations, respond to support requests, and analyse usage trends. We never use your data for advertising to third parties.
All data is stored in our Supabase database, protected by Row Level Security (RLS). Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. We conduct regular security audits and follow SOC 2 best practices. Your pet's medical records are stored in encrypted cloud storage.
We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as Supabase, Vercel, and Stripe) under strict data processing agreements. We may disclose data if required by law.
You have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion of your account and data, export your data in a portable format, and opt out of marketing communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@pethealth.app.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect some functionality.
PetHealth is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
