❓ How do I add a pet to my profile?
Go to Dashboard → My Pets → click 'Add Pet'. Enter your pet's name, species, breed, date of birth, and weight. You can also upload a photo.
❓ How do I upload medical records?
Go to Dashboard → Medical Records → click 'Upload Record'. Select the file (PDF, JPG, PNG supported), choose the record type, and link it to the correct pet.
❓ How do I use the AI Health Assistant?
Go to Dashboard → AI Assistant. Type your question in the chat box and press Send. The AI has access to your pet's profile for personalised answers.
❓ How do vaccination reminders work?
Once you add a vaccination record to your pet's profile with a due date, PetHealth automatically sends email reminders 7 days and 1 day before the due date.
❓ Can I share my pet's profile with my family?
Yes! Pro and Family plan subscribers can invite family members from Settings → Family Sharing. Each member can view and update the pet's health records.
❓ Is my data safe and private?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell your data. You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.
❓ What file types can I upload for medical records?
We support PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, and HEIC formats. Maximum file size is 50MB per upload.
❓ How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees.
